Refund Policy: Once the training material has been accessed or downloaded, we do not offer refunds. If you have not yet accessed the course, you have a 14-day window to request a refund.

Technical Issues: We are not liable for temporary downtime of the WordPress/TutorLMS platform due to maintenance or external server issues, though we will strive for 99% uptime.

Professional Advice: Our training is a preparatory tool, not a substitute for official airline instructions. Always follow the specific guidelines provided by the airline during your actual assessment.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent activity, sharing of materials, or behavior that violates these terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where PilootSelectieTraining.nl is registered.
