PilootSelectieTraining.nl provides online self-study modules designed to prepare candidates for airline selection processes. These services include, but are not limited to, instructional text, video content, quizzes, and downloadable templates.
2. Accounts and Access

Personal Use: Your account is strictly personal. Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited and may lead to immediate termination of access without a refund.

Duration: Access is granted for the period specified in the chosen package (e.g., 60 days).
3. Payments and Prices

Pricing: All prices listed on the website are inclusive of VAT (BTW) unless stated otherwise.

Payment: Payments are processed securely via Mollie.

Access: Upon successful payment, an account is created and the user is enrolled. However, digital course materials remain locked until the user actively initiates performance by clicking into, viewing, or downloading any module text, video, quiz, or template.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
Due to the nature of digital content:

Statutory Right: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day window from the date of purchase to request a full refund, provided you have not yet accessed or started the digital training modules.

Loss of Right Upon Access: By checking the explicit consent box at checkout, you request immediate performance of the contract. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (refund) the exact moment you start the course (defined as logging into a module, streaming a video, taking a quiz, or downloading a template).

Tracking & Enforcement: PilootSelectieTraining.nl utilizes system logs (via TutorLMS) to track course progress and access. If our logs show 0% progress and no course materials have been opened, your 14-day refund via our online Withdrawal button will be approved. If our system logs show that access has been initiated or content has been viewed, the right to withdraw is legally waived and no refund will be issued.

Selection Outcome: We provide tools for preparation, but do not guarantee employment or a positive outcome in any airline selection process. No refunds will be issued based on selection results.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on PilootSelectieTraining.nl, is the intellectual property of PilootSelectieTraining.nl.

You may not copy, redistribute, or sell any part of the course material.

You may not use the materials for commercial training purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability

Accuracy: While we strive to keep our modules updated with the latest airline standards, we are not responsible for sudden changes in airline selection procedures.

Technical Issues: We are not liable for temporary downtime of the WordPress/TutorLMS platform due to maintenance or external server issues, though we will strive for 99% uptime.

Professional Advice: Our training is a preparatory tool, not a substitute for official airline instructions. Always follow the specific guidelines provided by the airline during your actual assessment.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent activity, sharing of materials, or behavior that violates these terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where PilootSelectieTraining.nl is registered.
