Through a structured self-study curriculum, you will navigate each phase of the process at your own pace: from the psychological evaluations and capacity tests at the AMC, to the simulator grading, and the final COVA interview.

The selection process
Phase 1
Online selection
After your application has been approved, you will receive an invitation for the online selection. These tests serve as an initial screening of your basic aptitudes and personality.
- Online pilot-specific cognitive skills test.
- Personality Assessment.
Phase 2
On-site Assessment
If the results of your online tests are positive, you will be invited to the AMC. This is an intensive day focused on both your ‘hard’ intellectual abilities and your ‘soft’ social skills.

Phase 3
Simulator Grading
This phase evaluates your technical precision and multi-crew coordination in a high-pressure environment both as a PF and PM. The grading will be performed in a B737 simulator in Amsterdam.
