No, we do not use automatic renewals. You make a one-time payment for access to a specific training or a fixed period (e.g., 30 days). After that, your access expires automatically, unless you personally decide to extend it.

Because we provide digital content that is accessible immediately after purchase, refunds are no longer possible once the training has started. However, if the content demonstrably does not match the description, we are happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.
